    F/V Saga & F/V Progress

No she did not sink today...rumours were flying.

F/V Progress had her windows blown out with a wave and fellow fishermen came to her aid and she is being escorted into Akutan.

***Update*** was heard they were drifting helplessly for hours, but in fact they restored power in an hour or less. This was amazing because the sea water pouring into the engine room shorted the main panel. They were moving toward the shore under power just to see it in order to follow it to Dutch. Lack of comms was the main problem.

The weather is bad right now.

Tons of injuries to other crews and 2 near drownings....

that is some crazy power in those waves - Glad the captain and crew made it back to Dutch safely.
